No dia 24 de março a Associação Florescer vai facilitar uma sessão no curso internacional de desenvolvimento profissional para a inovação educacional "Change making educators".

“What is a Global Education in practice?” Intention
The purpose for this session is to be able to recognize and be inspired to plant the seeds and to co-create the field for “change making” projects in education.
Key questions
In order to do that we are going to work on several key questions:
- What is a “change making” education?
- What is a global and entrepreneurial education?
- What are the main transforming backgrounds of a learning environment?
- How may we develop children and adults happiness in a learning environment?
- How may we plant our personal seeds for a community and major purpose?
- How to implement awareness, connection, reflection in action in a learning community?
Main themes
The thinking questions are related to the main themes of the session (based on studies, critical experiences and field examples):
- Innovation and transformation paradigms in education.
- Global, entrepreneurial and holistic education.
- Learning structures for unschooling, flexi-schooling, public and private schooling.
- Learning communities and environments.
- Local and global networks in education.
- Personal steps and responsibilities for making the change in education “Doing small and thinking big!“
Facilitator
Teresa Mendes.
Professional expertise: social entrepreneur; manager of non-profit organizations; professional trainer-facilitator and consultant; network and community developer.
Specialized field: global, entrepreneurial and holistic education; innovation, community and networks in education; social pedagogy.
Qualifications: master degree in Science of Education, specialized in Social Pedagogy, in 2012, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon, Portugal. Master thesis "Entrepreneurial Education - An holistic approach of entrepreneurism in education" with the case-study of Escola da Ponte. Graduated in Management, specialized in Marketing, in 1999, ISCTE, Lisbon, Portugal.
